2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom phone covers or engraved accessories)

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if available), along with the receipt or proof of purchase, and the return authorization number.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
